The NXA is a digital laser-based shaft alignment system providing the user with fast and simple operations and advanced functions and capabilities alike.
The ACOEM Fixturlaser NXA Pro aims to simplify the shaft alignment process, giving the user both easy and advanced options, such as the OmniView™, which is a graphical user interface, shown off a 6.6” trans-reflective display screen, and the VertiZontal Moves™, alongside a powerful management system, comparable to the best in the marketplace.
These adaptive user interfaces will guide the user through the measurement and alignment process. The NXA Pro is fitted with gyros and can adapt the screen view accordingly, and, with the OmniView™function, the system and the machine work in relation to each other seamlessly.
VertiZontal moves™ – measure once with accuracy
With VertiZontal Moves™– you only have to measure once before making the required vertical and horizontal adjustments. An important factor where the user may not have time to go through all of these parameters meticulously.
The Fixturlaser NXA Pro’s sensor units have a 2nd generation sensor. This version improves the tolerance for detrimental external factors, such as vibrations and ambient light, and delivers extremely accurate and precise measurement values. These values are automatically registered throughout the entire process. We have an integrated line laser with the sensor and this combination virtually eliminates rough alignment, hugely convenient to the end user.
GuideU – Your alignment guide to the graphical user interface
This patented, icon-based and colour-coded user interface makes it easy to measure, align, and document each job. In order to minimise the risk of operator errors, the NXA Pro system developed a simple and adaptive user interface.
This delivers measurement and correction values based on what the system finds during the alignment process. This eliminates confusion for less-experienced users and provides ease of access throughout measurement with the NXA Pro system.
30 years of innovation with the ACOEM Fixturlaser NXA Pro
Time-saving, cutting-edge technology & features
The NXA Pro gyroscopes are compact, measuring only 33.5 mm in width, meaning that the sensor units will fit in the tightest spots. The sensor units contain long-life batteries, Bluetooth communication, and gyroscopes. These gyroscopes make it possible to measure according to the Tripoint Method in the vertical shaft alignment application, something that is unique to the NXA Pro.
“The NXA Pro is the most innovative, advanced laser shaft alignment system available today,” says Stephen Read, ACOEM Australasia Reliability Manager.
“The newly redesigned sensors are the smallest form factor on the market, with batteries and bluetooth built in, making it simple to operate for anyone from the new to the seasoned user.”
Over thirty years of innovation in laser-based shaft alignment means that the ACOEM Fixturlaser NXA Pro is a revolution in usability and better alignment practices.
